If the Client opts to pay in a currency other than INR, the exchange rate will be determined based on the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rate or a reliable financial institution’s conversion rate on the invoice date..The Client is responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or conversion fees incurred during payment processing.
Refunds are issued only for eligible cases within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, including unauthorized activities or non-payment.
Avvai Hosting is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or downtime due to technical failures.
